Wayne T. Tomala

Wayne is an outstanding attorney. He helped us file a defamation and breach of contract claim lawsuit, which we settled with the defendant for $40,000. The case was a bit complicated - there were a lot of "make or break" details and lawsuits can be stressful even being a plaintiff. But Wayne helped m...itigate a lot of the stress. He ALWAYS answered his calls, or called me back within 24 hours, and was willing to explain things in detail and he always listened. He is very kind and friendly - down to earth and easy to talk to. He has excellent legal research and writing skills - when opposing counsel tried to scare us with a motion for summary disposition as well as a bunch of other absurd motions, Wayne's responses were always thoughtful and analytic. The judge outright denied all of their motions, and when I read the transcript from the motion hearing it was clear the judge was already in his corner and basically started arguing Wayne's side of the argument for him. He is also very trustworthy - his bills are always itemized and he doesn't nickle-and-dime for every question requiring a 5 minute phone call or 2 minute email. I would definitely hire him again, and recommend him to everyone I know.
