Wayne Price spent over 18 years with the United States Department of Homeland Security handling complex immigration matters in immigration and federal trial courts. Before that, he spent many years in the United States military as both a prosecutor and defense attorney.

He was the “Officer In Charge” at the Bamberg and Nurenberg Law Centers in Germany, was the Staff Judge Advocate of the famous Presidio military base in San Francisco, California and taught criminal law at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
In recognition of his impressive background and legal skills, Wayne was selected by General Wayne A. Downing, a 4-star General and the former head of United States Special Operations Command, to serve as a Member of the “Downing Commission” which investigated the “Khobar Towers” terrorist bombing in Saudi Arabia.
“Wayne’s background is amazing. He has the respect of the immigration judges. I can’t think of another attorney that has his knowledge and experience in immigration and specifically deportation law. I send my most difficult cases that I can’t handle to Wayne. If I was facing deportation, I would want Wayne on my case.”

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Wayne for a number of years. He was a former Senior Trial Attorney for the legacy INS. Numerous times I represented clients before the Service and he was the opposing counsel for the Government. In my opinion he was the very respected for his practice method by opposing attorneys."
