Walter Henry Hackett

Walter is good and knows the in's and out's of the mortgage banking industry and the illegal activies in which the banks have taken advantage of consumers through predatory lending practices. He is very responsive to emails, however he does do a song and dance once in while, like other attorneys alth...ough harmless. I known him about 4 years now and he is still fighting for my case. He updates me as needed.

It's very difficult to reach him unless you send him an email message but if you do that he'll get back to you pretty quick. I know several former clients who were referred to him by a "forensic loan auditor" who was charging people money for audits and then sending them to Walter. Apparently the ...so-called auditor usually charged as much or more than Walter and told the people he referred that they would get a free house and now the same auditor is trying to stir up trouble because people are asking for their money back. The truth is that Walter actually was a banker for a long time and knows more about banking and lending than any consumer attorney I've ever met. It's too bad he's not accepting any clients at this time but he told me he is willing to assist any consumer attorney who helps homeowners. Not quite the same but better than trying to do it yourself or with the help of people who aren't attorneys but tell you there are just as good or better.

Walter Hackett is the kind of attorney you want on your side. He works day in and day out to fight for his clients. He knows the banks inside and out and uses that to help his clients. He is the voice of the voiceless and I could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable and committed to his clien...ts with a love for helping and a heart of gold. He truly is an amazing attorney and I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know.
