Gregory Bessert handled our estate planning documents in an extremely timely manner and with a high degree of professionalism. He is an excellent communicator, listened well, and provided information through experience, stories, and analogies in order to expand how we looked at our subject matter. ... He is highly organized and all steps in the paperwork process were outlined and clearly explained. Mr. Bessert had no problem letting us know that his depth of knowledge regarding a couple of our questions regarding the health care directive was somewhat limited, but he provided us with resources that we could pursue to obtain satisfactory answers. For meetings, he also made every effort to work around our schedules.
