Julie A. Dale

Julie counsels companies on business transactions and employment matters. She has represented clients in connection with software licensing, sales contracting, software and hardware reseller agreements, service arrangements, and general employment matters.  Her clients include companies in the software, healthcare IT, and web solutions businesses.

Julie founded her private practice in 2011. She previously served as in-house counsel for various healthcare IT companies for fifteen years.  Most recently, she was in-house counsel at Microsoft, supporting Microsoft’s Health Solutions sales and services groups in North America and Europe.   Prior to Microsoft, Julie served as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Sentillion, Inc., a privately held, leading provider of identity and access management solutions to the healthcare industry.  From 1997 until 2005, Julie served as in-house counsel at IDX Systems Corporation, a publicly held company that provided information technology solutions to the healthcare industry.  After IDX was sold to GE Healthcare, Julie led the legal commercial team for GE Healthcare’s Integrated IT Solutions division. Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Julie was an associate at Downs Rachlin & Martin, where she practiced employment litigation.
