Viviana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications – Advertising with minors in Sociology and Communications from the University of South Florida in 2009. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2018. While at Cooley she received two book awards for achieving the highest grade in Pre-Trial Skills and Immigration Law and she received multiple Dean’s List and Honor Roll recognitions. She was invited into The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi and has been a member since 2017.
