We filed i485 in July 2007(EB3). Our daughter has EAD and AP.she is 19 now.will she age out in 2 yrs if we don't get GC ?

How did you file for adjustment through I-485 if the dates are not currently available? I am going to assume that you listed her as a derivative...

I-140 approval prior to April 30, 2001 may help you with 245(i). You should definitely talk to an attorney.
