IF I COULD CHOOSE ZERO I DEF WOULD. as with the other reviews, this lawyer had me lose everything in court in reference to an absolute divorce in 2023. said he was doing things. found out he was not.in court he sat their and let her attorney and the judge wipe the floor with him. i had already paid h...im and time had run out for the court appreance so i had no time to get another lawyer. he held back doing the discovery. said he filed twice. found out he hadnt. that would have presented my case its self. i believe him and his firm should be investigated and all sums repaid to clients. bad/no representation. do not..and i mean do not hire this lawyer nor his firm. But things are ok. things have a way of coming back around.

AVOID THIS HIM AND JUST SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A LAWYER WHO WILL DO RIGHT BY YOU!!!! I can not stress enough how unreliable and unworthy of your money he is. I’ve been trying to get an absolute divorce for over a year. Marble paired me with a local law firm, Mosley Law Group and the initial process real...ly made me feel like this will not be unnecessarily stressful endeavor. Since then I’ve had major customer service issues with Mr. Mosley. It started back in around May or June of last year. At that point I’ve been working with Mr. Mosley for 5 or 6 months. My first court date was supposed to be in about a week and I reached out to Mr. Mosley asking if there was anything we needed to go over. I was informed that the writ that was served had the incorrect number of days for a required response. I HAD TO REACH OUT TO HIM TO GET THIS INFORMATION A WEEK BEFORE MY FIRST COURT DATE!!! After that I was told that they were making all of these motions that kept getting denied. Mr. Mosley said he was going to request an “en banc” and that didn’t happen. Since then, 98% of the time I’ve received any update from him about how to the case is progressing , it’s because I’ve send at least two emails and left voice messages since he’s never answered the first time I’ve called him. Then I’m given the same update over and over again. I don’t even have proof of anything he said he’s done. Now to be completely transparent my spouse has been evasive. Nevertheless I feel like there could be more being done, this could have been avoided if they reviewed the paperwork properly, and that I could be receiving unsolicited check in/updates. To this day I haven’t had a single court date and I’m in the hole over $4k. Save yourself the trouble and don’t even consider him or trust anyone who vouches for him.

I’m a lawyer and have spent a lot of time in court rooms but have never seen such a disaster. Mr. Mosley looked sloppy and unprepared in the courtroom. I proceeded to watch a kid with no legal training (or counsel of their own) wipe the floor with him. The defendant ended up winning the case against ...Mr. Mosley in a 4 day trial. Mr. Mosley doesn’t have what it takes to practice law or effectively litigate. I feel terribly for anyone who hires him and thinks they are receiving adequate representation. If you plan to lose your case and simultaneously be embarrassed, he’s your guy.
