I had the worst experience with her. She never returned phone calls or emails. She was always out of the office when I would call. She never contacted any of the potential witnesses that I gave her. Mrs. Roby was the third attorney I interviewed, fifth attorney I spoke to, before committing to the process. She carries herself very well in the courtroom; extremely well spoken and confident. She is much more than just sympathetic to the situation at hand (divorce/custody) and has really taking t...he time to understand me and my situation. From conducting my own research I felt it was important I have a connection with an attorney; more so than just being treated as a billable account. Ever the consummate professional, Mrs. Roby has always been there to assist me and guide me through murky waters even in the presence of attorneys who conduct themselves in an undignified manner; always maintaining her composure. Never having had to have an attorney, let alone step inside a courtroom, Mrs. Roby has helped to make this very unpleasant and unexpected process bearable. I have not felt as though Mrs. Roby has tried to steer me one way or the other when it came to making a decision nor run up unnecessary and costly litigation but rather she has made me comfortable by providing me with the necessary information to weigh the consequences and make informed decisions. Further, she has been very flexible to my schedule.
