Vanessa Shenk Del Rio

Vanessa Shenk Del Rio was born in Oahu, Hawaii. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and went on to obtain her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2010. During her legal studies, she developed a strong focus on immigration law, completing multiple courses in the field, including advanced coursework with the University of Arizona. After graduation, she gained experience in medical malpractice and tort litigation, but her passion and primary dedication have always been immigration law. Over the years, she has worked with numerous law firms handling complex matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, humanitarian relief, and adjustment of status. Ms. Shenk Del Rio is committed to providing compassionate and skilled representation to immigrant communities, combining her litigation background with her specialized training in immigration to advocate effectively for her clients.
