Attorney Vaneshka Hyacinthe is A FRAUD and Am Going to Expose and Report Her to The American Bar Association and The Police.. I Instituted a VOWA case and employed her Services In November 2022 and After Taking Over $4,300 from me and wasting my time,She Ghosted Me Immediately I made the last Payment... in January 2024… My Calls Aren’t Picked Again and She Ignored all My Emails to her … Now I am Left Stranded and Have to Start My process All From The Scratch again Due to Her Fraudulent Actions… The Week I made my last payment,Her Secretary Named Sharon Mae Suddenly Told me She Was Quitting Her firm and I asked why She is Suddenly Quitting after I made my final payment and she just smiled .. I Believe she is In too on the Crime…By The Way Her Office keeps changing and is in Orlando Florida before it was in Occoe FL..

I hired Vaneskha back in 2016, back then she had an office and i had constant communication with her, years passed by and I never had any update on my case. I follow up with her and finally in January of 2023 she responded me and she said she needed to do another case on top of my existing case but I... had to pay another $6000, i paid on May of 2023 and she requested me for multiple documents, i was able to gather everything for her and she sent the packet in 07/05/2023, weeks passed and i got a letter from USCIS asking for more documents, guess what! she never requested my for medical records and also USCIS was asking for other documents from my sponsor even tho she already had that information, the same day i went and got the medical records and I personally went to drop it off in the P.O Box, the letter from USCIS had an expiration date (89 days) i was following up everyday after that and i never got a response, i called every single day and i was never able to talk to her or she will never respond my emails, time passed by and the 89 passed and again desperately mention that she never respond, I just got a letter from the USCIS saying that my case was denied because she never sent the documents that they were requesting. I was still calling and emailing her, her number was invalid and i had to figure it out her new phone, i went to her page and everytime i say my name they close the chat. Please do not hire her. she is unreliable, she does not respond emails or phone calls, she didnt follow the protocol and didnt give me the service she offered at the begining.

I AM NOT GOING TO PUT A LONG REVIEW AT ALL, JUST HAVE TO SAY THAT SHE IS VERY FAST COLLECTING PAYMENTS BUT A TOTAL GHOST AFTER YOU PAY, SHE LITERALLY DISAPEARED AFTER PAYMENT WAS SUBMITED, OF COURSE USCIS DENIED MY COUSIN CASE BECAUSE DOCUMENTS WERE NOT SENT AT THE REQUIRED TIME. OF COURSE NOW SHE HA...D TO HIRE ANOTHER ATTORNEY TO START A BRAND NEW PROCESS AND OF COURSE PAY AGAIN. THIS "ATTORNEY" HASN'T RESPONDED ANY EMAILS OR CALLS SINCE JULY OF 2023.
