Not a good attorney!

I called Hunter Law Firm to see who I wanted to assist me with my custody case and they set up a $45 per 30 minute phone call with Sara. Sara and I introduced ourselves and from the start is made incorrect assumptions about the "stay of adjudication" law in Minnesota (Minnesota 151.28). Then starte...d just running off things that had nothing to do with my case and kept interrupting me with her lack of knowledge. Sara, you do not know something just simply state that you need to investigate that further and stop interrupting possible clients with nonsense that does not apply.

Say what you want to hear

She got a lot of money from me to put me in a court groom for 5min. She did not know this area of law. She should have known I had no jurisdiction before taking my money. Also please don't tell me to send all the emails I want, and then charge me 20$ each! She knew it was in pieces and parts. Just ...send she said!

She also informs clients of what to realistically expect regarding the outcome of litigation; however, clients may wish to pursue a course of action which does not always provide positive results. Clients of Sara Lynch are provided written fee agreements outlining the terms of representation and the rates at which the clients will be billed. Hunter Law Firm’s written fee agreements include the following statements: I understand that billing is based on the time expended in any action in my case which includes, but is not limited to, telephone calls, dictation, correspondence, the preparation and drafting of pleadings and other documents, and travel. Billing is done monthly. Any statements or bills will be deemed to be accepted and affirmed by the client unless objected to in writing within ten (10) days of the date on the bill. Sara Lynch is a zealous advocate for her clients. No lawyer can guarantee success in litigation; however, you can be assured that Sara will be well prepared to represent the client’s interests. Divorce

Sara is the best in this area. I was able to prevail 100% and only had to answer a few yes or no questions during my hearing. Sara was well pepared and fought hard for me. Thank you, Rob
