Biography
100% Immigration Law: More than 500 immigration cases handled to date. Clients often want to know how much experience I have as well they should! There are far too many inexperienced "immigration" attorneys and "Notorios" who have taken advantage of our undocumented aliens. Often their cases have been damaged beyond repair and it is sometimes impossible to un-do the damage.
Having said that, I have been an attorney since 1988 in Florida. I later moved to VA and was admitted to the VA bar in 2008. Since that time, my law practice has been limited to immigration law only and I love what I do. I have been an active member in good standing with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2009.
I am located in downtown Winchester, Virginia and am a sole practictioner.
I handle most areas of immigration; family based immigration, Waivers, Asylum, Citizenship and Criminal Removal proceedings & all types of removal (deportation) type immigration court cases.
I am convenient to all areas in the Shenandoah Valley as well as parts of West Virginia and Maryland.
