Review

Where to begin, so tyler got assigned to me on a pro-bono case when i got charged with conspiracy to commit possession when they found drugs in a female passengers purse, anyways tyler was there for me the whole way advising me to take the plea deal for a crime i didnt commit, he made me waive my ...preliminary hearing for reasons unknown i assume so he could make tee- time with his golf buddy. When the judge told me "sir, this offer expires today and if you dont take it and get convicted, youll get four and a half years" my response was "sir that sounds like a great deal and ide love to take it but i cant because i didnt do anything" he smiled and said to me "well WE can still convict you" i asked tyler "what did he mean WE?" Expecting him to raise some conflict of interest questions instead tyler said "he said WE huh? Good catch!" <Theyre all in on it!> so finally trial is set for next week and im still in jail waiting and then tyler requests for a 60 day continuance thats when i decide to take the plea of probation and immediate release from jail so he tells the judge a story of how i gave this chick a ride so she could get drugs knowing that never happened and off i go. At sentencing the d.a. says "hes not taking this seriously we want to give him 6 months" and the judge orders it without one objection from my public pretender named tyler and off everyone goes, the judge and d.a. to their lagoons to tend to their baby crocodiles and tyler to the nearest chat roulette station to fluff himself for the next appointed victim and i on the run because im not willingly doing 6 months when with competent defense i would have done 2 months and beaten my case.

Rare attorney that actually has your back...

I've dealt with my share of attorneys. Most will tell you what you want to hear and take your money. Tyler is a straight shooter, he doesn't BS you and he's one of the few attorneys that you can actually trust to have your back. He's really sharp and has good relationships with the judges and city pr...osecutors which is going to be your biggest asset when getting a good deal. Long story short but he pulled off a miracle in getting me the same sweet plea deal after almost 4 years of moving out of state. I don't recommend testing that but I do recommend hiring Tyler if you're in a bind. He's the real deal.

An intelligent, sharp, efficient, and respected attorney.

Mr. Harrison represented me in a 2013 case in Maricopa County. Having reviewed and consulted me on police reports, Tyler very quickly determined that a good portion of the state's evidence was actually inadmissable. He promptly filed the appropriate motion, and proceeded to mitigate with a profound s...ense of confidence.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking for responsive, responsible and extremely reliable representation. He negotiated hard at every corner with the city prosecutor and got me a fair deal worked out so that the case never went to trial. No attorney out there is a miracle worker, but he w...as a hard worker on my case and explored every avenue possible when it came to my defense. I was arrested for Driving on a Suspended license, which is never a good thing, but Tyler helped make the best out of a very unfortunate situation.
