Trustworthy & Competent; which in my opinion are the two most important characteristics to have in an attorney. The process from start to finish was simple & straight forward. I was dealing with employment related issues over the period of a year when I first called Mr. Cole's office. I was matched with Mr. Tyler Gregston. At that point I called a lot of law firms. So, I was very skeptical at first. During our first conversation on the phone he was very clear, professio...nal and detail oriented. He went above and beyond to collect the right evidences and was able to build a very strong case. He approached my employer's lawyers amicably and kept pushing to the right direction.
