Unemployment Claim - Fired From Job due to work related illness

Had the pleasure of working with Mr Tyler Gregston, and he delivered phenomenal work in fighting my case. Very communicative and open in his approach. Set realistic expectations from the beginning on how TWC operates, now “after COVID cooperate”. Very diligent in fighting my case and warding off the ...bullying ex company I worked for. Had timely manner on submitting the most important documents to TWC, and was very knowledgeable on the TWC inner process. My suggestion on success with Mr Tyler Gregston; 1. Have detailed info written down as well as all documentation before your consultation 2. Be accepting to reality that times are different, and jobs/corporations either lack quality workers to get the correct job done or overworking workers - you have to come in with your A++ game to win 3. Corporate right now is a sh** show you must have documents to show there misbehavior because they will try you in any illegal form they can 4. Be patient, this seriously is a process Thank you Tyler for your time and help!

Attorney Gregston is fantastic. He was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was up front and transparent with expectations. He helped prepare me for my unemployment benefits appeal hearing and helped me win my case!
