One of the worst attorneys we have ever worked with. No real advice and wanted to charge outrageous fees. We never even had an engagement letter and every time he sent us an email asking us what we want to do or if he was just forwarding a document we would get charged. When it came down to the real ...issue he never gave advice of pros and cons of our decisions and really just did whatever we told him to do. A lawyer should be able to give suggestions or real advice not just "it's up to you". We lost a trademark because of his incompetence. If he was smart enough we could have been ahead and instead wasted a ton of money with Mike. NEVER HIRE HIM!
