Troy R. Dickerson

Mr. Dickerson is Of Counsel to Marquis Aurbach Coffing (“MAC”). He graduated from Brigham Young University in Business Management with a Finance emphasis and obtained his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. In law school, Mr. Dickerson worked as a judicial extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio and clerked for a Columbus, Ohio, law firm specializing in land use matters.

Mr. Dickerson practices primarily in the area of common-interest community (“CIC”) law, including compliance, governing document drafting, homeowner disputes, vendor contracts, officer and director fiduciary duty, and coordination with municipalities and state and federal agencies. Mr. Dickerson has successfully adjudicated over 70 compliance enforcement cases for association clientele in state alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Formerly a litigation associate at MAC, Mr. Dickerson has also represented a variety of corporate, gaming, and private clients in business and real estate matters.

Mr. Dickerson is an aspiring jazz pianist and a college football fan. Outside of the office, he enjoys running, listening to music, and spending time with his wife and three children.
