After spending the first part of my career with a consumer protection firm representing consumers in individual and class actions against debt collectors, banks, and credit reporting agencies, I went on to gain experience over the next several years as an associate in one of the largest law firms defending those same institutions; an in-house attorney for a top-five bank; an in-house attorney for a Texas-based retailer; and a debt consolidation company. Now, serve small and community banks as a Virtual Compliance Officer.

Quick response and very helpful
Krista replied to my request in a matter of moments and was very helpful. It doesn't seem that I need a lawyer at this moment but she helped me understand where my legal standing was in a long-past debt collection issue. I would definitely hire her if I find that I need a lawyer down the road.
