I was recently charged with a DUI/DWI in the state of MD. This can be a harrowing and stressful experience, as you're suddenly faced with economic and legal issues you were never expecting and usually have no game plan for. When you're faced with such a situation, you want to have sound legal counsel... and representation, and Mr Nemmer was able to provide them both. He kept me appraised of all my options, listened to my input, and at the end of the day he did what any client wants their lawyer to do- fought the unfounded charges against me and prevailed. I typically don't write reviews for anything, but this attorney exceeded expectations! I have never ever been in contact with the legal system EVER! So you can imagine the anxiety I was experiencing.When I was charged with a DWI I experienced high anxiety and paranoia. This was literally life threate...ning for my career. I saw an advertisement for this firm in the mail and decided to give them a call. They were very nice over the phone and had weekend hours, which was a huge plus! I went in a few weeks before court and met with the attorney to tell my side of the story. The attorney gave me the pro's and con's of the situation. He gave the realistic approach. So we meet up an hour before court to discuss our strategy and the realistic avenues this case could go. I felt very confident and comfortable with his assurance that everything would be alright. So, my case is called and Travis took charge and the outcome was better than expected!!!! I will never be in this situation again, but I will recommend Travis, over and over again!
