Travis C Jackson

Initial phone meeting scheduled to review previously emailed case documents was unprepared. Told me he would call me back (a specific appointment) so he could "speak to me more intelligently" but he did not. I emailed him to confirm about 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, but his assistant ...said he was in a meeting. I left a message for a courtesy call to find out if he was going to take the case which had some urgency--no response by phone or email. Wasted my time in which I could have been interviewing another attorney, wasted my time set aside for our phone meeting in which he blew me off. If this is any indication of how he treats his clients, perhaps caution in selecting him is warranted.

I recently hired the law office of Travis Jackson to prepare my will which was a bit complicated. Mr. Jackson was not only very responsive and prompt in getting the proper information to me in order for the two of us to work together to complete the work necessary but was always extremely helpful, f...riendly and very professional in his services. Mr. Jackson is a young attorney with a very fresh and motivated demeanor and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for legal services and will contact him in the future for any of my legal needs.
