Traci Lohmann Ahart

I have worked with Traci Ahart and she's been great for the last two years. Seriously knows her business, saved me on some legal issues and is a fierce advocate. Looks to me like these reviews below are from the same person. I don't know what that person was thinking but $5,000 for any divorce aAN...D child custody case is LOW in most counties unless you live in the sticks and the judge is your mom's 1st cousin or you agree on everything. Clearly these negative reviews don't have a clue how far $5,000 goes these days!!! I was happy with my legal representation and thought Ms. Ahart's involvement in cases I know she's worked on besides mine to be fine. I've referred her to others and they've been happy.

If I could give her a ZERO I would. If you have money to give away this is your lady, if you want something in return for what you pay- run the other way. She has been so unresponsive it is unbelievable, she has charged us for work she didn't do. I would love to sue this woman for all of our time she... wasted and money she took, but now I don't have the money to do so.... because she took it. In the almost 2 years we have been with her we have not been to court once. Nothing has changed in our case since day one with her.

This attorney took our money...5K for a basic divorce and child custody case. She scared us into thinking it would cost that much or more. Then, she didn't call us or she ignored our calls. She billed us for unfair charges and when she did call, she treated us like we were a bother. She also didn't s...how up for court or notify us of an important court date. It was a nightmare and then she dropped us. We had to find and pay another attorney at $400.00 to finish up. We are still cleaning up the mess. Rate Kingwood has more info on her.
