Todd M. Gers

Todd is an excellent lawyer. He will tell you what he know and when he should not work on something. There nothing he couldn't do for us. He is extremely fair with pricing and hours. I have always been happy with the work that he has done for our businesses. He is not intimidated by anyone. He... listens to his clients. I have worked with many attorneys over the 36 years in business and he has stood right up at the top.

My husband and I hired Todd to write up living will, power of attorney, etc. We had been putting it off because we thought it would be a hassle and more costly than we could afford. Todd kept it simple for us (non-lawyers). We knew exactly what each contract meant, he didn't try to "sell us" anythi...ng that we didn't need and everything was done very quickly. It was a really stress-free experience and I have referred several friends who were in need of legal council.

Mr. Gers was able to adjust my debt owed to Citizens Bank well in excess of my expectation and he reduced the outstanding rent I owed to the landlord as a result of our Curves excersize facility going out of business. It was done in a professional manner with considerably less expense and aggravatio...n than I expected. I highly recomend Todd when concerns arise. I was really satisfied.
