I hired TJ back in late 2016, seeking custody of my son. I met with him and laid out everything i had at the time. He informed me of where I stand and what the best and worst outcome would be. From the start he was straight forward about the cost and even the cost if my case went to trail. During th...e process of everything that goes on for a custody case, Tj was in contact with me when he needed to be. Which wasnt alot but he didnt just call to have something to charge me for, same as with meetings. He is always very helpful with any questions on anything i didnt understand. At the end of the day Tj helped me win custody of my son. Tj is a great lawyer. He has a real passion for his work and his clients. He is respectful of you and your situation. I highly recommend Tj for any needs. He is respected in the courthouse and by every person I seen him interact with during the last 3 years. When it comes to cost, he is very affordable. After everything we went thru in the case, it cost me close to what he quoted. I feel he really did me a favor by not wasting the money I had paid on useless papers filed or obsessive phone calls. I know he will be the first I call when and if I ever need a lawyer again. Super great guy and great family man.

I had just fired a different Sevier County lawyer before hiring TJ and it was was the best decision I have ever made. TJ would listen to my concerns and then say “if I were them then I would say this…” which made me think about my case in the way the court would see it. TJ was awesome. He was caring... but was straight to the point and seemed like he truly enjoyed arguing for me. This guy was also well respected at the court house. I hired him for a custody case after another family member had used him for a criminal case. Personally, I cannot thank him enough for what he did for my family! I will be hiring him for any legal matter I have from now on!
