I feel connected to many of Arizona’s residents on a personal level. I have personally stepped into homes and felt life’s pressures crushing families. One of the greatest strains of life occur when a loved one dies. A family is left not only to deal with the emotions of losing a family member but having to care for a loved one’s estate. Courts may become involved as the estate enters a probate process. Family members may also disagree and fight about what their deceased family member may have wanted.
As I moved forward in my own life and transitioned into an attorney, I knew that I wanted to provide affordable services that would prove to be beneficial for Arizona families. Having a trust is something that I sincerely believe helps families as they transition into life after losing a loved one. It will act as a guidebook for a family following a death. Costly probate will be avoided. Simply, trusts help families.
Life is the best mentor. Mr. Snyder has been working since his first job at age 10. Mr. Snyder is exceptionally in-tune with Arizona and its residents. Mr. Snyder has had many vantage points to see some of the many obstacles every person has to navigate when a loved one passes away.
