About me

Tim completed his law degree from Texas Tech University School Law in 1992. He started his legal career working for Justice Carlton Dodson as a briefing attorney for the Amarillo Court of Appeals. Tim focuses on personal injury and commercial real estate matters. He has over two decades of legal experience and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  Tim is a true trial attorney who frequently handles complex cases and lectures on topics in personal injury litigation.
