I could not imagine there being a better attorney than Tim Linnins. Mr. Linnins was actually my second attorney. He came highly recommended by his colleagues that understood the level of difficulty of my case and severity of my charges. I called on a Thursday, after 5:00pm, expecting to leave a me...ssage on an answering machine but Mr. Linnins answered the phone. My case was pretty complicated. After explaining my situation a little bit he set an appointment for the next day which was Friday. He even stayed late so I could meet with him. I was thankful. Mr. Linnins is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of criminal law and could quickly answer any questions I had. It was the best decision I could have made to hire Mr. Linnins. I quickly discovered that Mr. Linnins is an aggressive attorney who really fights for you. My case was drawn out for over two years. Mr. Linnins was always available to talk on the phone or meet with in person. He even met with my family during the eleven days I was incarcerated to talk about our next move. We took my case to trial. Mr. Linnins is a natural in the courtroom. He took a direct facts approach and using his charismatic personality was a master in front of the judge and jury. The judge even referred to him as “The Fabulous Tim Linnins.” It was a really difficult situation but it helped knowing that I had an attorney who not only fought for me, but cared about what happened to me. My family and I are extremely grateful for all of his hard work and determination in fighting my case. I could not have asked for more!

Tim was very informative about Arizona strict sentencing guidelines. He guided me through the process of what I would be facing if I were to take my case in front of a jury. The risks or benefits for taking my case to trial. He got me the very plea that I needed in order to continue keeping my famil...y affairs in order and worked hard to keep me from facing a harsh jail sentence. I was very pleased with the law firm, and how they continued to work with me despite other issues that I continued to face, and I would definitely recommend his law firm to anyone I know that needs counsel. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the attorney fee's were not as steep as I thought they would be.
