Tim has been litigation matters for almost thirty years. He has extensive experience in the analysis of insurance claims and trial experience in personal injury cases and insurance matters including health, disability, automobile and homeowners insurance. He has also litigated commercial business matters. Tim has been selected for inclusion in the SOUTHWEST SUPERLAWYERS ® every year since 2007 for insurance coverage. He has been named one of the top 50 lawyers in Arizona by SOUTHWEST SUPERLAWYERS ® every year since 2011. Tim was also selected by BEST’s as a top lawyer in insurance law in 2015 and 2016.
