Timothy David Haseley

Mr Haseley was appointed to my child through family court and I can’t say anything besides great things about this man. From day 1 he spoke up and advocated for my child. He didn’t allow my case to be dragged out and looked over. He made sure he spoke with my son about any questions/concerns he had a...t that moment and he kept in contact with him and he even was willing to speak with me and always answered my calls and questions. All attorneys aren’t like Tim Haseley and I greatly appreciate his service and support for my son in this case. He even texted my son after the case was over and that means and says a lot about this man. Very stand up guy. Strong presence lol but he knows his stuff and he speaks up. CHILD ADVOCATE!!

My fiance used his services as a court appointed attorney and this lawyer was absolutely incompetent. Right from the beginning my fiance tried for weeks to get ahold of him and he never returned a single phone call. Finally we contacted the court after the baby in my fiance's case was moved out of st...ate and was in the hospital. The court said even they have had problems contacting Mr. Haseley and said that their best way to contact was email. I kid you not. Mr. Haseley even lied to the judge saying he had been trying to contact my fiance by phone and was unable to reach him. We have phone records to prove otherwise. This lawyer will not contact you at all if there are last minute changes with your court appointment, case, etc. such as what happened to my fiance. Please, for your own sanity and to avoid heartache avoid this lawyer. We are honestly considering reporting him to the bar.
