THD Advisory was founded by Tim Daniel with a mission to identify and transform opportunities into success for his clients with a focus on achieving goals through teamwork and accountability.

He has been engaged by individuals, small, medium, and large businesses to provide Legal, Real Estate, and Management advisory and consulting services. His experience and expertise brings unique value to each of his clients. Tim's philosophy is that businesses do not have problems; instead, they have opportunities. With his background, he is able to quickly identify opportunities and provide practical guidance and advice to implement solutions to ensure the success of his clients.

THD Advisory's Legal Services include tactical legal support and representation as well as strategic guidance to individuals, companies, and internal legal departments.

THD Advisory's Real Estate Services include offering project support as well as identifying opportunities and solutions to extract value from client's real estate portfolios and programs.

THD Advisory's Management Services include providing interim leadership and management support following executive departure, merger/acquisition, or restructuring.

Although Tim is based in the Houston area, he travels the globe for his clients and will be wherever his clients need him to be.

Tim's private legal practice includes the representation of individuals in general legal matters, including simple estate planning, commercial transactions, real estate, oil and gas, litigation, and corporate formation for small or family owned businesses.  

Tim's sole desire is to deliver impeccable service to each of his clients, regardless of size and no matter how simple or challenging the task may be.

He is also the Managing Partner of both DRE Texas, a commercial real estate services company, and Bing Daniel Realty, a residential real estate services company, each having offices and agents in Austin, Houston/The Woodlands, and Liberty, Texas.
