I represent employers in discrimination and wrongful termination litigation as well as provide day-to-day advice to business owners and management regarding issues such as compliance with state and federal laws and handbook and policy drafting.

I work with families to create custom estate plans including wills, trusts, advance directives, and powers of attorney to more efficiently transfer property and wealth through generations.

I assist employers with issues regarding employee health, welfare, and pension plans that are regulated by ERISA and/or the Affordable Care Act.
