On a youthful offender sentence does probation count as timed served?if you violate probation?

The only time that counts is the time actually spent in a correctional facility. Probation or even community control does not count.

You will need to have this case sealed/ expunged. There is a whole process involving sending fingerprints to FDLE and filing motions in the county...

If he has ever pled to a DUI, it was a conviction. If the third happened within ten years of the previous conviction or if this case is the fourth...

Either way, you will end up with a Conviction on your record. Some people enter a "no contest" plea in case there is a civil matter pending.
