Tom helped me two times: once during a divorce case and a second, more critical time, for an accident where I left the scene after causing some property damage. While it wasn't officially a DUI/DWI -- it would have been in VA -- alcohol was involved and the prosecutor was going for my throat (jail ...time). Tom skillfully got 7 of the 8 charges dropped under the auspices of a notoriously harsh judge -- and my driving record was spared ANY points. He is extremely dependable and smart.
