The law states that if you have any detectable amount of alcohol in your system. Cop does not know that. No test to show in your system.

I reccomend that you consult with a probate attorney
, migraine hits. Pull over , close eyes. Cop opens door. 2 closed bottles in car. No field test. Spent night in jail.. Help

Go to trial on these facts. Hire a good criminal defense attorney and let a jury decide, not the police.
