It depends on what driving charge you have. Class B, Class A, Felony(DWI 3rd) Dwi with child under 15.

There is no deferred adjudication in Texas for any DWI.

In Dallas on the first violation the Judges won't usually jail you. The second one you go to jail.

If the blood test was a .22 you most certainly will be charged. Hire a DWI attorney.

If you blow a .15 or greater the law requires that you have an interlock.

Of course if you had a bac of .15 or greater you will be required to have an interlock. Most likely the court will grant probation along with all...
