Didn't help. Would've been better if he was never involved.

Thomas worked on my civil litigation case back in 2022–2023. He was part of a small team that represented me until I requested his removal. My problem with Thomas is that he clearly didn't seem to care, nor were his contributions at all intelligent - or, worse still, he was altogether absent when p...eople were seeking his assistance - including in vital situations where he was expected to contribute. He seemed really disengaged and often didn’t even respond to emails or phone calls. He didn't seem to have much empathy, enthusiasm, or respect. There were numerous instances of talking with him that I was disappointed and frustrated with how the exchange went. I kept thinking – if this guy doesn't care, why is he even involved? And his ideas did not seem very good or well-suited towards my case. Like he was just pulling them out of the air without any reflection or reapplying/copying them from some other matter he was involved in. Most upsetting was during the week of my trial, Thomas was supposed to be the other attorney assisting with matters. But he basically just stayed in his office, unengaged, doing god knows what. Ultimately, he was definitely not assisting or helping with my case in ways that he was expected to. Of course, part of the problem here may have been that Thomas’ development as a lawyer was stunted by working at Cultiva Law – a firm that stylizes itself as a marijuana law firm – even in their firm name. They literally have marijuana and ash trays laying around the office, including about a pound in a big jar out in the lobby, along with all sorts of paraphernalia lying about – as if all this is some type of badge of legitimacy. Whatever. None of it worked out for me, and I have a lot of resentment for all of them for the lackadaisical attitude they always expressed - especially Thomas. I should’ve dumped them all sooner.
