I help clients with HUD-assisted housing Section 8, 236, 202, and 811), Housing Choice Vouchers, Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit housing, other types of affordable housing, senior housing, and privatized military housing. I can assist with public housing, too. I can help with agency responses, audits, compliance, and compliance training. I also assist with consumer law (e.g. FCRA) compliance and environmental compliance related to rental housing.

I help clients with fair housing compliance, accessibility compliance, and other federal/state/local laws governing the landlord/tenant relationship. I also train on these areas. I also defend as well as bring lawsuits on behalf of clients.
