Theodore Malone Jr.

Teddy is a motivated young lawyer.  Experienced in small businesses and start ups prior to law school (including a manufacutring company that went from 20 employees to 100+ employees), Teddy finds great exictiement running his own law practice.  He focuses his legal practice on his core competency—tax law.  Within tax law, he is particularly skilled in partnerships and international tax law.  He has expereince advising companies from their seed stage, to their emerging investor preparation phase, to full fledged corporations and partnerships. 

His favorite work projects are those for business clients that are growing their business and executing on their ideas to create a valuable business that benefits themselves, their business partners and their employees.  When these businesses need gudiance on structuring the business for long term tax effieincy, investor ease and/or exit set-ups, he effectively creates the necessary legal documents and entity structures.

Outside of his law practice, he is an avid fan of mixed martial arts.  He regularly trains his grappling and striking skills in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.  A fan of the outdoors, he regularly hikes and camps in nature.
