Tex J Boonjue

Tex was fantastic. He took on my case about 1.5-2 years into it as it had been passed around within the law firm a few times. He hit the ground running! I got a call from him introducing himself, he quickly got oriented with my case and came up with a game plan. My case was not a cut and dry case, as... the car accident was a "she said vs she said" kind of case, making it far more difficult to get the results we were looking for. Tex helped me through the legal process, explaining the pros, cons and risks for each step. He helped me manage my expectations while still aggressively pursuing the end result we were hoping for. But what stood out to me the most is that he would randomly email or call me to check to see how I was doing in this process. I have to say, I never expected that level of caring from my lawyer, and have been thoroughly impressed. He and his paralegal, Norma, made a great team as well. She was quick to get me any paperwork Tex requested and was always happy to relay any messages or answer any questions I had. The end result of my case truly blew my mind. Tex was able to settle this case before we took it all the way to an arbitration hearing! He made sure I was okay with the amount, we played a little back and forth with the other attorneys involved for the right amount, then we officially settled. I was able to get a few thousand more than what we were expecting! And I can't tell you how incredibly grateful I am with all the hard work that was put into my case. Legal cases like these can be long and drawn out, but with the right people in your corner, it seems to fly by.
