I have a large money judgement from Supreme Court and it has not been paid. Can I file a lien against the defendant property?

The lien is the easy part; turning it into money is the hard part. You should consult a judgment enforcement attorney--it's an arduous process.

If defendant did not report it to his carrier, the carrier can deny coverage, which makes your ability to recover $ more problematic. Good luck.
