Knowledgeable legal counsel with a commitment to excellence!

I contacted Mr. Marsh due to toll violations with TxTags. My husband was medically discharged from the military and we were both residing in WA State and had sold our home in Texas. We had no idea we had incurred the violations, as there were three different accounts for the same license plate number... and vehicle. We had tried in vain to dispute the tolls. Additionally, we had provided TXTag with the requested documents for my husband's military disability status and tried to negotiate a settlement. Nothing worked. I even made a formal complaint to TXTags and didn't receive so much as a response. Mr. Marsh contacted me immediately after I sent him an email. He was reassuring and knowledgeable. Due to our financial situation Mr. Marsh had to check with a counterpart in another area of law to determine if there was another route that could be taken. He followed up with me within a few days. It’s refreshing to deal with someone that was professional and empathetic in this field. I will definitely use his services again in the future.
