Tali Mousserie

Tali has been practicing environmental law since 2008, with a specialty on complex environmental cleanup projects in the petroleum industry. Tali relies on a deep and unique understanding of the scientific and technical aspects of environmental cleanups to provide the best and most efficient counsel. She has worked directly with some of the best scientists, engineers, chemists and other experts in the field. Working with Fortune 500  petroleum and pharmaceutical corporations, as well as state/local governmental authorities (such as the New York State DEC), she always strives to bring about cost-effective results for her clients. She also has widespread experience negotiating contracts and complex agreements, ranging from real estate related contracts to formal environmental consent orders with governmental authorities. Tali also has media and public outreach experience to further environmental goals & successes. Tali enjoys engaging in areas of public outreach and media to further environmental goals & community engagement on behalf of her clients.
