I am an Arizona attorney with a Federal Indian Law Certificate from Arizona State University College of Law. I strive to maintain a high-level of professionalism and a proven commitment to performing at the highest standards at all times. I have an outstanding competence in developing a strong level of trust and excellent rapport with clients, attorneys, co-workers, department heads and public officials. My organizational and project management skills are among my greatest strengths, and I have consistently ranked very high in my performance reviews, earning excellent commendations.
I have years of experience that have provided me with hands-on, practical knowledge and a level of confidence not found in less-experienced attorneys. Most recently, my concentration has been in economic development for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community where I drafted documents in complex commercial development transactions including leases, amendments, agreements, easements and rights-of-way. I also worked with the Office of the General Counsel to review and evaluate real estate transactions for completeness, legality and compliance with federal laws and tribal codes, ordinances and policies. Prior to attending law school, I was a Law Librarian & Research Specialist for large and mid-sized firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In my personal life, I am the mother of three wonderful daughters and the grandmother of three terrific toddlers that are the light of my life, a Mini Schnauzer and a Pharoah Hound. My hobbies include puzzles, crosswords, quilting, hiking, biking and reading. I am a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and have a deep love of the diverse community and outdoor activities that abound there.
