Susan Von Stein was a great help to me in my SSD hearing process. We spoke several times at length by phone before the hearing. She was very nice and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and guided me through the hearing layout and what the judge may ask and the things for me to think abou...t .She met me at the hearing an hour early, and we went all over things again and answered more questions. In the hearing I was a quivering mess, and forgot a couple important points to bring up, she right away whispered to me what I needed to elaborate on. She also questioned the Vocational Expert on jobs he saw fit for me , and confidently raised points to the judge at the end. This amazing woman helped me get my disability after I tried 4 times in four years.
