For the past twenty five years, I have handled over thousand felonies and have tried hundreds of felonies and misdemeanors, specializing in third-strike candidates, violent offenses, and aggravated homicides. 

I have also taught attorneys throughout the United States the art of Voire Dire, Opening Statement, Closing Argunment, Trial Advocacy, Cross Examination, and  Homicides.

Having been on both sides of the courtroom, I know how to expose the weaknesses in the government's case, and I know how to deal with lay and expert witnesses to test their reliability and trustworthiness.  With this knowlege, I will fight aggressively at every stage of the proceedings in order to protect your rights.

I know how devastating it can be when charged with a criminal offense, no matter how small the charge.  I understand the impact a criminal conviction has on a person's ability to provide for his family and how it can destroy reputation, friendships, and standing in the community.
