I do not recommend

Sue Evans handled my divorce. She only acknowledged my emails when I cc:'d her paralegal on my communications. Even then, I question her ability to type and compose a clear, professional response, as she struggled to answer me thoroughly and on point. One time, I received an email response that was s...o off-topic, I wondered if she was responding to another person's email. She also promised that all the information related to my case would be shared with me. When I followed up that I hadn't received what we had discussed, she answered as though I was unhinged. She also clearly never read anything my ex-husband's attorney send to her. When I asked for the paperwork he had provided, especially my ex-husband's financial affidavit and tax returns, there was an enormous disparity. When I pointed it out to her, she was surprised. And she also did a terrible job of negotiating when his lawyer made an offer to settle. It took an extra year and cost me about $8,000. Sue Evans lacks communication, follow through and negotiation skills. I do not recommend using her services.

Incredibly Disappointing Service

I hired Sue Evans to handle my divorce and felt as though the only time she ever returned my calls or met with me was when I threatened to fire her. She was out of touch for nine months with no explanation and when she got back in touch with me, after I threatened to fire her, she needed to meet with... me again to go over everything because it "had been so long". A letter she never drafted nor sent showed up on my bill. She removed it when I pointed it out. A few months later we were back to not getting phone calls or emails acknowledged or returned. I threatened to fire her again, she came in on a Sunday to meet with me. Then six months later when my ex responded to the settlement she drew up (negatively), I emailed her to find out what our next move was and she never responded. She took most of that month off for the holidays and then when I tried to contact her again in January, she didn't respond. The next time I contacted her was to demand a refund.
