Steven Neil Trenholme

In April 1993, I, Mark Alan Johnston, was railroaded by the Butte County California Court Sytem into a frivolous legal charge of "making terrorist threats" and then encouraged to plea bargain to a "disturbing the peace" charge. The charge was frivolous in that it had no arguable basis in law--a pers...on can not be charged with something that never happened, namely with stalking and making death threats. To this day, there is and never has been any evidence to support these lies, because the Butte County Law Enforcement failed to properly investigate the source of these false allegations. Butte County Public Defender Steven Trenholme was appointed as my legal counsel against my constitutional right to represent myself in my own best interests. So, yes, I was a client of Steven Trenholme, for what it was worth.
