Steven T. Long

I was referred to Steve from another lawyer regarding a subpoena for a video deposition and producing a litany of my boyfriend's financial documents. I have a fair amount of dealings with attorneys through business and personal affairs so I can say with a good reference point that Steven is first cla...ss all the way. First, there was a deadline that I didn't realize (because I'm not a lawyer) and it was THAT day. He was not even in his office at the time but made arrangements to meet with me right away due to the urgent nature of the subpoena - I was very impressed by this. I met with him a couple hours later and he had already reviewed the documents and researched some specifics regarding it in order to give me the best advice. In this particular case, there were a few things I could do to postpone the deadline of providing the documents. Obviously that is not usually the case so don't count on your situation being the same! Rarely can us common folk do any lawyer stuff, it's just too complicated. Ultimately, I was able to buy just a little time to see if I can get these other lawyers off my back. Depending on what happens over the next couple weeks, I will absolutely retain Steven to handle this case for me. The joke when you meet with a lawyer goes something like, "You were great - but I hope I never see you again!" If I need an attorney on any other matters in his field, he will be the first one I call.

My wife and I hired Mr. Long in late December of 2017. We had a serious issue with a former tenant who destroyed our property. We were looking for restitution in this matter. Our former tenant went as far as threatening to sue us, and retained a Scottsdale law firm to do so.
