Will Not Respond to Simple Questions Regarding Estate

Steve Hendricks is handling the resolution of an estate. I am a beneficiary and also represent a family member who is a beneficiary. I live 4 hours driving time round trip from the attorney, yet he will not answer any questions about the estate by phone, postal mail or email. His only response is... to tell me to schedule an appointment, literally a month in the future. It is not reasonable to tell someone a meeting must be in person, especially when there is no guarantee the answers will be provided. Hendricks also filed as a small estate, though probate assets appear well above the $100,000 threshold in Iowa. I have never dealt with a professional, lawyer or otherwise, who acted this way.
