My jeep was stolen & found. officers indicated it looked bad for me like staged insurance fraud, but said I could pick up it up.

You need a lawyer in the state where you are charged. If you are charged.
If you did not do anything wrong you have nothing to worry about.

Wait until you get the report then go from there. You should have already reported it to your insurance company per your policy.

Police give tickets because they feel you broke the law. That does not mean the accident was or was not your fault.
